A Life and Career on the Land
James and Isabelle Ford have a long history of working with landowners throughout the rural south. James is a fourth-generation farmer with more than 38 years of experience. He worked his way up the ranks in the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). James has decades of experience working with landowners and building relationships with agencies and organizations throughout the Southeast region.
Isabelle is an engineer with 31 years of experience working with state and local governments specializing in land use regulations, module design and training. Having a keen understanding of the needs and desires in rural communities, the Fords'desire is to leverage the experience they have to uplift people and their circumstances in the rural south.

Square O Consulting has a staff of adjunct professionals with decades of experience which make the firm uniquely qualified to help landowners manage complex and controversial issues in agriculture and natural resources.
We provide caring and special services to underserved and beginning farmers to help them maneuver through issues and programs with USDA.
